We got a knife set for our wedding. They are noticeably GREAT knives. A few of the handles chipped after almost 20 years. Your warranty replaced the knives for us. Thank you. Also, the new knives have a slightly different handle. Same shape and color, just a different material. A better more comfortable material. Has a great hand feel. Good work! Bottom line, really great knives.

I haven’t had a chance to use this Wüsthof steak knife yet, but my first impression is outstanding. The knife has excellent weight and balance, the materials feel premium, and the craftsmanship is exactly what I would expect from a respected brand like Wüsthof. It looks beautiful, feels durable, and appears to be exceptionally well made. Based on the quality alone, I’m very pleased with this purchase and look forward to using it.

Out of the box, the 4068 steak knives are razor sharp. After each use and a few strokes on steel, they are back to razor sharp. After a year of regular daily use, a quick sharpening and they are back to going through steak like they are brand new. Having 8 is better than having 4. GB

For Xmas I ordered set of 4. 5” steak knives. One broke and you gave me a credit so I bought another 4. 5” knife replacement. That one is a better made knife than the ones in the set. I was wondering why that is?
