Great knives. Staring usingvthem 12 years ago. Have added to the collection. I didn't realize how important qualify knives are for preparing food until I got my first one. What difference, makes food preparing so smooth. Don't know what you're missing.

This knife is simply fantastic It is razor sharp, glides through the toughest bread crust with ease, and is well balanced, not to mention striking good looks. Highly recommended.

We were used to an 8” bread knife and debated on getting the 10” one. We think it was a good decision. It cuts beautifully!

I bought this knife to replace my 8" Wusthof that I have used for over 25 years. I bought the 10" because I make sourdough bread. It makes it so easy to cut through the entire loaf without having to cut the loaf in half and then make smaller slices. . .
