Simple and lovely on my dresser

I've had tremendous pleasure shopping with Wayfair in the past. Then, shortly before Christmas, I ordered this table scarf and a number of other "linen" products to give as Christmas gifts. They arrived with factory stains on most of them which made them absolutely unsuitable to give as gifts. I tried & tried to return them through the online process but got NO response from Wayfair to complete the transaction. Finally, on my own trust of the company, I mailed the products back with a full, comprehensive explanation of what I'd been dealing with, and asked for refunds. To this day they have my products, and have NEVER issued me refunds for the them! This scarf and the others I ordered were defective from the factory stains. I'm furious and heartbroken by this unprofessionalism, and I want my refunds!
