I love the style but Im working with it as I'm not sure it has enough air flow to keep the bread from stale air. My last loaf seemed to have a smell within 3 days so was it the bread or lack of air. I will continue to monitor my pastry and see if it molds quickly due to lack of air. My old bread box had holes to vent it.
