I owned Restaurants for over 25 years and I always used quality pots n pans. My brother and his gal just bought a beautiful new gas range for their new home. I wrapped this YBM pot for them as a surprise. I was tempted to keep it for myself due to the weight and quality of such item. They were so surprised it was for them because it was such a nice piece. They said there would be a ‘big pot filled with homemade Italian Meatballs Sauce ‘ that night. Folks don’t hesitate in purchasing this pot. It’s terrific.
