I have been working super hard to eat better and feed my family better. This pressure cooker is easy to use and I feel good about the food I am serving. Not to mention the food comes out perfect every time! I can’t wait to start canning some veggies from my garden next spring using this pressure cooker! The instructions were easy to understand. The tools were amazing and I loved how this is basically all in one! The pressure cooker only held 4 jars but it was perfect for what I needed! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 8-Piece Pressure Canning Set because it comes with 8 tools, recipes and instructions for pressure cooking and canning. I never used a pressure cooker before and my daughter is always creating sauces, so I thought this would be a great addition for our kitchen. I made a deliciously healthy swordfish steak dish and was very satisfied with the cooking time (which was very short) and the fish was cooked perfectly. I just followed the instruction book for cooking time. It is very easy and safe to use and clean. I am looking forward to making many more dishes and canning lots of different sauces and desserts. I think this pressure cooking and canning set is thoughtfully designed and crafted. I do find it a bit heavy BUT I am very happy with it!
