I have only used it once and the bread was horrible. Wasn't cooked at the way through or mixed thoroughly. I'm going to give it another chance. I bought the actual cookbook for this brand of bread machine and I'm going to try one of the breads in there and see what happens. Although I do like how quiet it is and how safe it is. I love that I can just put everything in there, turn it on and walk away.

Husband had one that was a single paddle but wanted a two paddle one. This one fits the bill. Husband makes 2 loaves a week. Regular, sweet or savory are all good. He loves this breadmaker
