The lid gets extremely hot during use, so you need to be careful when handling it. The interior also discolours over time. Although it’s labeled dishwasher safe, it doesn't come out fully clean. you'll likely need to hand wash it thoroughly beforehand. That said, the heat distributes very evenly, and it's great for achieving a nice crispy finish on foods. I also appreciate the design: the small diameter combined with a taller height gives it more capacity without taking up too much space on the stovetop.
