Great item for butchering in the field , I saw this and purchased it to use instead of hunting knives or another set I have which is great but these are a step up , instead of having my really expensive butcher knives I have this reasonably priced yet extremely capable set with me now , seeing as most of the butchering is actually done out in the field at least in my case , this item is awesome plus if I’m at a friends place who just doesn’t get what a quality knife brings to the table I will always have this set in my truck .
