The larger one is perfect. I regret I didn’t buy this earlier. It changed my feeling about cooking and chopping onions and veggies. Everything is easier now with this knife. I haven’t tried the smaller one for cutting meat yet but it’s much heavier and not that great for chopping vegetables.

The chop knife is too blunt to chop a duck bone. I’m very disappointed.
