WoW ! We've had these for a month and the whole family can't believe how easy it is to cut food with these knifes. Super sharp , feel heavier and well made. We plan on adding a few more knifes to our set.

We purchased the item which was good, but didn't fit our kitchen correctly. We've been asking via email for three weeks now for the refund with no refund inside. After several requests providing a copy of the shipment which was accomplished two weeks ago. Very disappointing of how many times we have to ask for the simple refund. :(:(

The knives are sharp, feel good in the hand, and work well. The box was shrink wrapped, but when opened it was clear that it had already been opened and rummaged through previously, as the knives weren’t properly packaged. One of the blades has a mark on it, but seems to be a machining mark as it aligns with the grain of the metal and it isn’t terribly disfiguring.

This set is self sharpening, I bought it for my son and he absolutely likes the sharpness and the precision cuts, the handle piece is so comfortable and the cut is vey smooth just like cutting through butter he said

Knife quality is excellent as always from Zwilling. The sharpening system however is lacking. There needs to be a spring loaded mechanism within the knife block sharpener keeping the sharpener on the blade. Wiltshire staysharp knives have this and it results in keeping the entire blade sharp. An improvement over Wiltshire's design would be a pressure adjustment screw and replaceable sharpening heads. I would gladly pay a premium for a system like this and I'm sure others would.
