I was expecting a bulkier feel but was pleasantly surprised by how light it was in my hand. Quick cuts are easy through just about any type of food including meats and root veggies. No sign of wear and tear yet, I expect it to stay sharp for a long time due to excellent craftsmanship.

The knife cuts through potatoes, Onions, etc. It’s beautifully made, and handle is easy to hold.

Such a quality knife. The ergonomics of it are very nice. It is also made very well. I am impressed and can't wait for it to become one of my favorite kitchen utensils.

The knife is amazingly sharp and way better than my other knives for sure!
