There isnt enough I can say about this knife. It cuts through vegetables and fruit like they are butter cut thin pieces of fruitveggies is a breeze with this nakiri.

Very sharp and easy to maintain. The balance and feel are great. The blade stays sharpe only needing a quick stroke on a fine stone or strop. The Nakiri is a pleasure to use. It makes short work of veggie prep and gets me out of the kitchen faster. My 8 and 10 inch chefs knives are feeling somewhat neglected. Thanks for a great kitchen tool.

Feels good in my hand. Perfect for slicing when you need a larger knife with a lighter feel.

Sharp our of the box and fits perfectly in the hand with a comfortable grip. Perfect balance as well. 10/10

Overall a great knife, works well holds sharpness. I have an older (much) set of that style know and the handle quality has gone down. But as for the blade that is still very high quality. I would recommend it.
