Couteau Four Star 6,69 pouces Nakiri

There isnt enough I can say about this knife. It cuts through vegetables and fruit like they are butter cut thin pieces of fruitveggies is a breeze with this nakiri.

While I already had a slightly smaller Nakiri, I recently had a good experience with a Zwilling knife I ordered. My smaller Nakiri had Grantons, and I wanted something with just the blade. The first time I used the Zwilling Nakiri I was in knive nervana. It was a perfect weight, the handle fit my small hand, and part of the reason I needed an upgrade was due to an injury that left me with less grip strength. I love this knife and it may very well be my favorite in no time. It came out of the package sharp, it is durable (likely to last a long time), the craftsmanship is outstanding, and I am confident I can use it with precision and safety, the two things most important for me and my kitchen right now. I'm glad to have discovered the Four Star line because the bolster is perfect for my style of holding the knife, and I've ordered two more knives since. Thank you!
