The Zwilling Pro Carving set arrived promptly and in good condition. As expected, the knife was factory sharp, carving newspaper without a single burr the entire length of the blade. It subsequently and effortlessly sliced off a very thin (1/8”) piece of leftover pork roast right out of the fridge! Now “That’s A Knife”, to quote Crocodile Dundee.

A perfect addition to my Zwilling set. The right tool for the job always makes the job easier and this set really does do that. You never have to doubt that Zwilling knives are sharp and high quality.

I purchased this set as a gift. It seems to be good quality but I wish it came with a storage case.

The only issue I have with it is that the fork doesn't fit in any of my knife blocks. So have to keep it in a drawer. But love the set and great price. No bolster heel is why I went with the Pro series.
