ZWILLING Pro 7 pouces, couteau de chef compact

I purchased this knife for a gift and had it sent to the recipient. I saw the knife a week later and noticed that the blade was scratched and didn’t seem as sharp as the knife I had purchased for myself. I’m very disappointed and feel terrible that I gave this knife as a gift.

A fine knife with a razor sharp edge. It has become my first choice in the knife block.

I have Japanese Damascus knives and I still always like the weight, feel and edge of a zwilling over any other

Great quality, balance and feel. Perfect addition for my kitchen tasks.
