Was skeptical about ordering a knife that didn't have a good weight to it. In my opinion, this knife cuts through things like "butta".

As soon as you pick up this knife, it’s obvious that it’s a finally crafted tool. Not the kind of thing you find too often nowadays. The weight of the knife itself is almost sufficient enough to cut through tomatoes or bread without extending any extra effort or elbow grease. It’s my opinion that the German made Henkels knives are about the best you can buy.
