I really like how this pan is performing! I like the handle style, and if you use it correctly, it does not stick! I've been trying to replace my non-stick to stainless steel pans, and this has been a great pan so far!

I bought the 12" size and every time I use it the pan is just wonderful. It heats up quickly and gives an even sear to whatever I cook. I panfried a steak and it came out with an even crust and perfectly cooked. There is lots of space to stir-fry and batch cook as well.
