I love the brushed finish. So much easier to keep clean than mirror finish.

This is a well made pan. It's very sturdy and the handle is long and can withstand the heat of the cooktop. I will purchase more pieces from this maker.

Excellent pan... not too small not too big... Yes! Its the perfect size for cooking an entree, dessert, andor for 1-4 people). Great quality, sturdy, easy to clean (no non-stick finish... particles chipping). I am considering buying more of this type of products.
