ZWILLING * Four Star Bunka 6,5 pouces

I'm used to the pro series. This is a lot later. He doesn't have the weight behind it. The balance doesn't feel as good for the price of the fact that there was a knife sharpener. I will keep it.

This Bunka knife is quickly becoming my favorite. I replaced my many-years-old Santoku (another brand) with this knife hoping it would be comparable. It is perfect for most everyday tasks and has a nice sharp edge. It also has great balance and feels good in my sm/med hand. I have had it a couple of months and reach for it most of the time--love it.

Pros-Knife was very sharp and seems fairly well balanced Cons-After years of owning Pro S series knives it feels like a cheap knockoff.

This is my new favorite and goto knife, it's extremely sharp and well balanced. The edge on this knife is incredible.

I love the edge retention of this knife. I use it daily.
