I received my order July 9, but noticed the frying pan wasn't round. Upon measuring, it appeared that one side had been bent inward by 1/4". Most of the pan had a 13" OD, but the bent portion was 12-5/8". See attached photos. It was packed well and there was no damage to the box it was shipped in. I would appreciate it if you would send me a replacement pan that is round and meets your quality standards.

Ive owned this pan for over 5 years. In fact, inown it as a set with the 8, 10 and 12" sizes. They have great nonstick surface. When I switched to induction this year (LG), the pans work great registering a 9/10 on conductivity test. I have only ever replaced the 12" because of use, and that was purchased this year. Works great!
