This is a great grill pan, perfect for frying. When using it on the stove top, the handle does not get hot. The ceramic nonstick surface makes it easy for food to slide out of the pan. Use the pour spout to drain oil and grease out of the pan directly into a container.

This pan has been getting a lot of use. I love the non-stick surface, it’s so easy to use and to clean. It’s great for grilling and frying. Perfect for searing steaks on the stove top and finishing in the oven. It washes up beautifully and I expect it will continue to be a staple in the kitchen.

Pleasantly surprised by this grill pan. It substantial and very well made. I like that the handle is metal so it can be transferred to the oven. The pour spout is nice for when we make bacon or just to drain off excess fat if it build up in your pan without making a mess. Another great feature in my opinion is that the heat plate on the bottom is slightly raised so doesnt damage my glass cook top. Overall VERY pleased with this pan.

This is a very nice ceramic grill pan. It appears to be great quality and durable. It has the perfect weight to it. Easy to handle and grip. Non-stick, pouring spot is a plus and perfect for grilled cheese sandwiches or steaks.
