The bowl holds 2.8 fluid ounces, so portions stay controlled, and a precision pour lip delivers a clean, drip-free stream onto the plate. At 10.39 inches long with a 3.49 inch wide bowl, it fits a sauce pot or a gravy boat. The flexible front edge bends into the corners of pots and pans to gather the last of the sauce. Inside, the Flex-Core nylon structure keeps the bowl rigid through thick textures.
