I love cheeses and I have always wanted a cheese knife set. This one is sturdy (ceramic handles and stainless steel blades). I have no basis to compare this set's quality to another's but they cut fairly well and look pretty on a cheese tray. I'm not into brass tones but this looks nice as a touch of elegance to the normal "silver" sets. I believe the set includes a spade for parmesan cheese, a slim blade for soft to semi hard cheeses, and a "thin" blade (the one on the left in the box) that is for cheddar type cheeses. I do wish they were dishwasher safe (they say "hand wash recommended"). I'm not big on handwashing items as I prefer the sanitation cycle on dishwashers.. Judith. Millersville, PA. Tue Jan 11 2022
