If I paid with PayPal, I would have opened a "not as described" case and gotten my money back. Instead, I can only get Wayfair store "credit" or pay for return shipping to get credit to my card. Nice racket, Wayfair. I've spent a lot of money with Wayfair and have overlooked a number of defects but this time I will not. Pillow arrived with NO "piping" whatsoever. It's "knife edge," doesn't have enough stuffing, and looks so cheap. At best maybe half what I actually paid. The first pillow I bought from this particular manufacturer was beautiful so I am really disappointed. I would advise using PayPal if you decide to purchase this pillow so you're not stuck with limited options in the event you get a different pillow like I did.
