The mirror in the first shipment was shattered. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who said no problem we will send you a new one. We were in the middle of renovations and then my husband was out of town. Today we went to open and hang it and the mirror is in tact but was not secured to the frame it fell out in the box. I called and the rep told me there was nothing they could do for me bc I was outside the 30 days. So I’m out $120 which isn’t terrible but I have north 6 items from them since march first. In one case is was a quilt for the bed I loved so much I bought a second one. I kept all items and had no problems. I am attaching photos of my orders. They offered no help. I won’t be using wayfair anymore. Not that they will notice but it will make me feel better. I would think if someone has spent upwards of $1500 months in the past eight weeks an exception could be made. I even offered to ship it back on my own dime. They said no. Piece is pretty but not functional and I would fear after this experience even if I’d was in good shape when you hang it the mirror could fall out any time which could be harmful to kids and pets. Just an FYI. My other reviews have been very positive on items I bought. I rarely if ever leave negative reviews. Just trying to help anyone else out. Don’t buy this piece and always open right away to check for damage bc they do not stand by their products. It was only a new weeks. Not a year.
