Very soft but the printed pattern looks cheap and is not to my taste. Making the return was a pain. They send a QR code that opens as a phone number. Boy Wayfair you really let me down on this one. However, I contacted service and they helped me find the label. It was sent separately from the online return. I did have to pay for shipping.
