I wanted one of these for a very long time. They are next to impossible to find so I was ecstatic when I saw one as an "open box" item available on Wayfair. I bought it hoping for the best. I got GREAT!!!!!!!!! It is PERFECT. Never opened or assembled previously, brand new ! It is gorgeous and sounds beautiful when it chimes. I look forward to not having to wind, reposition, level, and recalculate the time as required with a traditional weighted grandmother/grandfather clock. I just place batteries and I'm ALL SET. I kept the clock because it fits the space. It’s very short, I don’t read the description. The sound is good but doesn’t look like high quality.

It is beautifully crafted and works very well. Love the music chime every hour except between the hours of 10 pm - 6 am. Automatically set for this feature.
