I ordered this item & was very excited to receive it. Unfortunately the one I received showed up damaged on the front side. The marble was far from white & the marble itself is only 1/2 inch thick not 1 inch thick. I called in. The representative was extremely helpful & polite. That was the best part of this whole experience. Also she did send her management team the photo I provided showing that it is only 1/2 inch thick. Hopefully, this intel (description) will be updated soon. That said I am ordering the other two from the same set to see if I have better luck. Cheers..

The plate is small but lovely. I am using it as a base for a stone carved Inuit sculpture. It is elegant.
