Something happened to this and 2 of the other pillows in my order. When they were delivered there was a problem with 1 of the larger ones but I put them all out on the sofa and chair for my husband to see when he got home. The room began to develop a strange odor which I thought might be from the packaging so I put it all in thr box in the garage. My husband came home, noticed of course the one with the snags but curled up on the comfy, larger one that looked ok. PHe became very itchy. Within an hour he developed a strange rash so severe that we ended up in urgent care. My neighbor came over and said the smell was chemical and she could smell it as soon as she came in my house. She said she orders from Wayfair and has never seen anything like this happen with her orders. I’m going to call Wayfair today and will update my review but I was asked for an honest review now.
