Since September I ordered almost $10k worth of merchandise from ALL MODERN. This little inexpensive vase was among the items in the last order which was about $1000 order with many items. I received a large box that had many items in it. Upon the delivery notification it claimed this vase was suppose to have been delivered. It was not included, and there were not any other boxes. So I called up customer service and explained I had not received it. Very nice on the phone, and assured me it would be handled. Then I receive an email, stating they looked into the matter, and confirmed that the shipping weight of the time of mailing it, and the reported shipping weight at time of delivery matched and as a result they believed I either got the item, or it was a shipping issue and not their responsibility. I do not know what exactly happened, other than I never received it. Tired of bas customer service blaming the customer. I guess they think they could not have made a mistake on their end so it must be the customers fault. My guess is the vase was accidently excluded when they took the weight of the box they shipped everything in, I do not know. All I know is they essentially called me a liar, from my viewpoint stole the piddly amount I paid for this vase, prompted me to leave bad feedback and lost a customer. I am that spiteful person that if you do me wrong, I will not give you a second chance. Way to many other shops I can purchase a vase from.
