Exclusive Home Holden Wrap Around 1" Curtain Rod oil rubbed bronze: This was an open box item. Wayfair does not allow returns on open box items. This is not the first time I ordered open box items. As my experience from the past, the box is damaged but the items are in good condition. This curtain rod arrived wrapped in 3 separate pieces of plastic which protected it from being scuffed during the shipping process. The shipping box itself was damaged, but the curtain rod was undamaged :-). The oil rubbed bronze finish is more worn than typical of oil rubbed bronze. We have a rustic home with a real stone fireplace so this fit with this home perfectly. My spouse loved it- which made my day. Thanks Wayfair!

This is truly heavy duty. I bought it for my velvet blackout curtains I bought for my bedroom which are quite heavy. This is very well made!
