Not happy with this purchase. The material is rough, and thinnish. Main complaint is the outside cover is approximately 2-3 inches on each end too large for the inside. I have purchased many products from Wayfair with great customer service, and quality merchandise. However, the customer service representative on the chat was reluctant to provide a pre-paid return label, even after photos were submitted. After many delays, 45 minutes and finally he just never returned.

Pillow casing did not last long. Fibers coming off all over. After a few months, pillow looks terrible.
