I was incredibly disappointed with stability of this frame and the lack of customer support. I spent more than an hour back and forth texting several times describing the issue, have several inconsistent offers for refunds ranging from 25-30% to full refund with no need to return the item, only to take each of those offers taken off the table— despite my telling them I could not return the item since I had already heavily taped the frame to make it sturdy and my print was already mounted to the mat. I certainly was not going to risk ruining my print for such a poorly designed frame and the horrific customer service. New Year’s resolution… never again Wayfair
