Pillow was dusty/dirty. Can’t immediately see the dirt because it’s a brown but when it was placed on the couch, a plume of dust came out of it. I took it outside to pat it off and the amount of dust/dirt that came out of it was unbelievable. My hand felt grimy after touching it. Then it took me over an hour between the online return system and chatting with customer service for Perigold to cover the return shipping costs.
