It took me quite a while to get the Lumbar pillows I had ordered. I kept getting throw blankets - up to 4 of them before I finally received the pillows. When I did get the pillows they were not the size I had originally ordered but I had gone through so much red tape to get them I just kept them rather than try for the correct size.
