Love everything about this clock. The speaker came loose in the shipping,didn't damage the wiring, just added some glue to it.Took 3 trys to get the time and chimes synced,probably because I'm old. The color is beautiful!

Beautiful clock. It is not high-end but looks and feels incredible from a normal viewing distance. We are loving it, especially the pendulum swing. I wish we could adjust the chime schedule as it happen between 6 am to 9 p.m. The morning chimes are too early for me, even with low volume it is enough to disturb my sleep so unfortunately I have deactivated chime all together. Also, the pendulum chamber did not work so got the clock replaced. Hopefully the pendulum of this clock lasts a long time to come. Other than these few things, I highly recommend to someone who wants to add a modern yet traditional dimension to their space. You won't regret it!

Awful product. The first one I had delivered needed to be returned since the clock hands wouldn't move. This replacement product has an issue with the chimes lining up to the correct time. The chimes ring at about 2 minutes before the hour. If I adjust the clock forward, the chimes then become 4 minutes late. Incredible! Lastly, the chimes themselves sound quite tin-ey. The chimes don't sound anything like real chimes and just sound like a bad tape recording of a chime. My longtime chime clock I replaced was much better quality at about the same price. Very very disappointed. Really bad product and would not recommend at all. I would love to return this one as well, but I think I am out of time at this point.
