Cookie Jar arrived in 15 pieces - FedEx driver told me it was broken (rattled when moving the box) - Reported the problem last Friday...called them Friday immediately after opening the box...sent them pictures which they told me they received...then they told me it was under investigation to determine what they were going to do- Today has been 5 days and I have heard nothing! Is this a great example of customer service? I truly do not understand what or why they are treating me this way! I am very elderly and need my money
