This is the second tray sent to me, both times shipped in a plastic bag and both times arrived with a broken handle making it unusable as a tray. You kindly refunded my money for the first tray and sent this free replacement. You need to provide better training for the shipping department to not ship something breakable with no padding in a plastic bag

Is fits perfectly on the boho table. I love it, it is so pretty. Good quality and well crafted.

This product has now arrived broken twice. The tray is repeatedly shipped in a plastic bag without any protective cardboard whatsoever. Consequently, it arrives in pieces, even after a replacement was issued. I am now seeking a full refund, as additional replacements sent in this inadequate packaging will likely yield the same result.

This is a very fine quality woven basket tray for decorative purposes. The price was awesome when compared to similar items available from other retailers. It is a neutral color and will be a nice addition to layer items on an entrance console table.
