For the insert only I would give 5 stars, since it is so soft and fluffy. However the smell on the pillow cover makes me sick to my stomach. It’s been aired out for a day in my living room and now my living room smells like that awful chemical smell.

This pillow is a little rough on the outside but it is very comfortable to lay on or sleep on.
