The picture frame is beautiful, it has a textured finish that adds to the overall look.

Beautiful quality frame but be careful of the sizing posted. I ordered by the size of the actual frame and planned to take the mat out. However, the size I received was based on the MAT opening. The frame is much too large and too cumbersome to return. For this reason I am giving it a 3. The frame is very nice but poor description.
