I purchased two mirrors for my bathroom remodel and they are beautiful, however, a day after they were installed one of the mirrors cracked down the middle along the clamp. I contacted Wayfair for a replacement mirror, I even stated I would pay for it (just the mirror without hardware), but was told it was outside of the 30 day window. I purchased the mirrors early on in the remodel and the contractors did not get to putting them up until everything else was finished. I am disappointed in Wayfair’s lack of help considering I said I would pay for the replacement.

Advertised as beveled glass and it is not Cracked the second day

My husband installed this with minimal assistance from me holding one side for a couple of minutes. It looks fantastic!

The mirror is beautiful but We ordered 8 mirrors and 4 were broken. They have got to do better with shipping
