Art de train de banlieue

This art work is lovely. The colors are vibrant and I am pleased with how they come together for an abstract piece that feels like it has movement. Up close, you get the feel of brushstrokes underneath the glass. I love pops of orange and look forward to this art livening up my space.

I’m really happy with the Brayden Studio Commuter Train Wall Art overall. The piece has a modern, abstract look that brings a lot of energy and movement to the room. The blurred shapes and colors give it an interesting urban feel, almost like capturing a moment in a busy train commute. It’s a unique concept and works well if you’re trying to add something a little different to your wall décor. The colors are vibrant and the texture adds some nice depth, so it doesn’t look completely flat like a basic poster. The canvas and frame feel solid, and the artwork comes ready to hang, which makes setup pretty easy. The reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the colors and frame tone were slightly different from what I expected based on the photos online. The frame leans a bit more metallic/gold in person rather than a neutral brown, and the print itself has a little more orange than I anticipated. That said, it’s still a striking piece of wall art and definitely catches people’s attention when they walk into the room. If you like abstract artwork with a contemporary vibe, this is a great option—just be aware the colors may look a bit different in person.

We needed something to break up the monotony of the walls in our office and this picture was the perfect solution. I was shocked to see glass instead of a hard plastic covering like most prints. The frame is high quality as well. The picture itself is screen printed and then they added a few bits of paint on top. All in all, it looks great in our office.

The frame is black and brassy toned. The photo makes it a neutral brown but that is not accurate. The painting also has more orance than I had expected. I thought it would be more neutral. It does have some brush strokes but it primairly flat like a poster. We do plan to keep it and paint the fra all black, so it better matches our decor.

The painting is textured, which adds dimension and is in a sturdy wood frame with glass that adds to the weight, making it nearly 6 lbs, which is quite heavy. The colors are lovely shades of blues, oranges, yellows and a touch of black. The frame is listed as brown wood, but the frame tends more to gold than brown and black. My art piece is rather sloppily finished in the back, but doesn't pose an issue. The hanging system requires 2 nails in the wall, and hangs from the sides rather than the top which I feel is awkward and that prohibits the direction the print can hang. The directions caution against hanging from a wire attached to the two side brackets and unfortunately adding a sawtooth hanger from the top looks like it will put too much pressure on the frame and I don't think it's constructed well enough to handle the weight and that will only pull the frame apart. I like the artwork, love the dimension and colors but am not eager to add extra nails to the wall. So far, I haven't hung it in hopes of finding a way around the hanging apparatus. Five stars for the print and glass, 2 stars for the framework and hanging system.
