I don’t see them helping sound but they are great for light

Amazing curtains, I definitely recommend to buying them

I was able to use one to resolve an annoying echo that kept appearing in my voice overs by using it to cover the door by using the tabs. Very convenient.

Soundproof is extremely misleading statement. These are just blankets. The grommets are cheap and barely hold some even popped off as I was unfolding the blankets to measure the dimensions. Dimensions were actually correct and for the price of this 2 pack it wasn’t that bad. Sound dampening at best can help reduce echoes. You have to take the words “soundproof” out of the description. Or triple the density of the blanket if this is going to be used for real sound absorption

These panels are incredibly good a blocking noise. Highly recommend.
