The mirror itself is lovely. The customer service is horrendous. The package came damaged and left in the rain instead of my covered front porch. We had delays with our contractors and when we finally were able to open and lay it out in our bathroom we realized it was not correct size. They refused to let me exchange it for the same product in smaller size. So I am stuck with a 72x36” very expensive mirror I cannot use

This mirror seems to have a very interesting way of making sure that the light plugs in correctly . I am not sure if the size is exact or it is approximate.
