Beautiful trays but it’s broken.

Like these a lot. Visually very appealing, but are a lot lighter weight than I had thought they would be. Upon opening the box, one of the thin metal semicircle pieces that looped through the metal loop, that is attached to the tray itself, was completely broken off. So one rope handle will just dangle or be laid over into the tray. I don't have soldering tools, to put it back together.
