Not as blue as pictured but is still cute

The product was outstanding and meet all expectations. My my complaint is that I paid two different shipping costs totaling $18 for a $36 item. There was the regular shipping charge and then it stated if I wanted it delivered before Christmas it would cost an additional charge. I ordered this item on Dec 13th. Then after I placed my order I see TV or hear radio adds advising free shipping. I can live with the one shipping charge but after hearing the adds and such I am not sure If I can shop on Wayfair in the future. Regards, George R Lowell
