This wallpaper is absolutely beautiful. It is thin and non fibrous, very easy to rip. It does have a coating to make it wipeable. It is not the best quality wallpaper but you can’t tell once it’s glued on.

I bought some flower wallpaper, but it looked horrible with my tile, so I returned it, took "store credit" and picked out cashion damask wallpaper which looks great with my tile in bathroom!
