I received the mirror broken, and the customer service has been very poor. To this day, no one has arranged a pickup or sent a replacement. I am also not willing to carry a broken mirror back to UPS. This issue remains unresolved.

Absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with on refunds/returns! Do not do business with Joss & Main. Just awful.

Very happy with the mirror. Goes well with the MCM dining room style! Hardware provided was easy to hang.
