As advertised - prettier in person Nicely made - just what I wanted for front door entry

I am obsessed with this vase! It's large and substantial and it looks great. It works on its own or with an arrangement in it. One word of caution, depending on your plans for it--the tag says not to carry it by its handles, so they must just be glued on or something. You can't tell by looking at it. I've gotten compliments on it!

I received my replacement package today from fed x , the first one case came with a broken handle. This one was packed with more styrofoam and packing materials than the first one, it was in perfect condition. I love it. It has nice texture on it. Thank you so much!!

This vase is great. It was packaged so well for shipment they could have dropped it z as nd it would not have broken. It is well made and heavy. Nice felt pads on the bottom to keep from scratching your furniture or floor.

If I could rate this vase zero, I would for three reasons. First, it arrived broken, not because of being mishandled in shipping, but because of how it was packaged. My photos show only top and bottom styrofoams, because that was all that was used to ship it. The photo shows the indentation of how the top, with no sides holding it in place, pushed into the handle of the vase, breaking into multiple pieces and crumbles so small gluing it together is impossible. Second, the vase is not as advertised, which was shown having two handles the one I received has only one. Third, the material and finish of the vase is extremely poor quality. It feels like air dried dirt instead of fired clay. The broken pieces crumbled into dirt even more as I attempted to glue pieces back together. The finish is not attractive. Instead of blending the highlighted cream color into the terracotta, a dry, round brush was stamped carelessly, making it spotty. Overall, it looks like a grade school student’s first attempt with clay.
