I am always changing the look of my dining room table. I recently purchased this Ginger Jar As well as three other blue and white pieces. I am extremely happy with the look.

I have been collecting blue/white ginger jars for several years. My focus has been on finding pieces with varying designs, shapes, sizes etc. I selected this medium size piece because it is rectangular with gold trim and a fairly large bird print. It fully meets my expectations for quality as the print is clear and the blue coloring is both dark and distinct. Additionally, the lid fits properly which is sometimes an issue. This piece must stand out from others in grouping of similar pieces as several friends have remarked on it's addition to the collection without prompting. While I had to wait a bit longer to get this jar, it arrived intact and was very well packed (double boxed). The cost of this item seems quite reasonable to me... pretty much in line with other nice jars in same size range.
